We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a permanent position in Dorval. This position is for a weekend shift.

As a Production Supervisor, you will have to lead your work team (about 20 employees in avionics, mechanic, planner, etc.) in order to attain the performance objectives by supervising and coordinating them in all activities. You will ensure uniformity in all activities and company policies.

You will establish work methods to help your employees respect deadlines and the planned budget. You will ensure the coordination of your work team with the different departments.

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for solving problems may encounter your team and make recommendations to solve them, ensure training for new employees and maintain a safe-working environment.

- Aerospace College Diploma;
- Minimum 10 years of relevant management experience, including 1 or 2 years experience in the aerospace industry;
- Bilinguisme
- Experience in manufacturing industry with long production process;
- Leadership, great judgment.
