Agence Francyne Wilson

Useful informations for employees

Who is my employer when I am working for an agency?

The agency is your employer. We are subject to all the laws controlling the Quebec Labour regulations, such as: the Occupational Health & Safety Act, the Industrial Accidents and Occupational diseases along with the Labour Standards.

Should I warn the agency when I am absent from my work?

Yes. You must contact us (in person, by phone or e-mail) as well as your supervisor to inform us of your absence, no matter the reason. Make sure you have all these coordinates on hand when you start your mandate.

To communicate with the agency, please do so here

How often will I receive my pay?

You will receive your first pay the second Wednesday starting from your first week of work: first time sheet reception and financial institution procedures are what cause this delay. Your following pay will then be deposited in your account once a week, every Wednesday, throughout the day.

What should I do when my mandate is about to end?

It is important to advise us as soon as possible. This will allow us to put your file up-to-date and to consider you for another mandate. You can let us know here.

What should I do when I change my curriculum vitae?

It is always very important to advise us when you make changes to your resume. If you make any adjustments to your CV, please send us the updated version either by e-mail at info@wilsonaero.com or by fax at: 514-426-2706. It can be for a change of address or telephone number, work experience or training (e.g.: new diploma). This will help us find another position for you, according to your qualifications.
